Three addresses on Old Lebanon Pike account for most of what has changed in Donelson's daily routine since September 2025. The Donelson library and Donelson Plaza sit at 2710. Red Door Saloon is at 2715, in the building Fletcher's Pizza left behind in 2023. The former Truist bank branch at 2725 is where Hattie B's plans to open in summer 2027.
That is fifteen street numbers, and it holds a library, a bowling alley, a bagel shop, a taproom, a taco shop and a bar. A hot chicken restaurant is due next, with a coffee chain floated as well.
What the block already holds
Donelson Plaza is a renovated adaptive reuse center. Its tenant list includes the Donelson Public Library, Strike & Spare Bowling, BagelShop, Homegrown Tap Room & Kitchen and West Coast Taco Shop. As of a June 2026 leasing listing, the plaza also had a contiguous 26,000-square-foot space open. That listing described it as the only retail space over 20,000 square feet available on the Lebanon Pike corridor between downtown Nashville and Hermitage. So the block's largest storefront has no announced tenant yet.
Red Door Saloon at 2715 opened in September 2025 as the brand's third Tennessee location. Owners Ric Clarke and Kelly Jones started with Midtown in 2002 and added East Nashville in 2004. Clarke told What Now Nashville the Donelson bar exists as "an addition to, not an instead of." Clarke told WKRN the build took about 14 months.
The dates show how long a corner takes to turn over. Fletcher's Pizza closed in 2023 after a 45-year run. The property had been listed in November 2022 at $1.5 million. Metro records show Jones paid $1.45 million for the 0.66-acre lot in September 2023. The Nashville Business Journal reported in December 2024 that Clarke was aiming for early spring 2025. The doors opened that September, two years after the purchase.
The bank branch that a hot chicken brand waited years for
The former Truist property at 2725 Old Lebanon Pike sold this spring. Metro Councilman Jeff Gregg told WKRN in May that current plans included a Starbucks on the south end, closest to Lebanon Pike, with two more tenant spaces still open. At that point Hattie B's was only a conversation.
By the end of July it was more than that. The Nashville Business Journal reported that Hattie B's will take about 3,200 square feet of the bank building, with a covered patio of roughly 1,000 square feet and about 50 parking spaces. The opening is set for summer 2027, and it will be the company's seventh Nashville-area restaurant.
Hattie B's told the Business Journal it had studied Donelson for several years. Chief Development Officer Dave Oster said finding real estate that fits the brand is one of the hardest parts of its expansion. The company cited Donelson's growing mix of local restaurants and bars, and named Red Door Saloon and Edley's Bar-B-Que as examples. It also opened its largest restaurant yet at 1206 Gallatin Avenue in East Nashville on June 24. Co-founder Nick Bishop Sr. said having two locations east of the Cumberland River helps operations.
The reports since May do not confirm the Starbucks. Hattie B's is dated for summer 2027, so the bank building's next tenant arrives well into 2027.
The 2400 block of Lebanon Pike got there first
The older cluster sits on Lebanon Pike itself. TennFold Brewing at 2408 Lebanon Pike opened March 26, 2020, just as pandemic lockdowns began, and leaned on curbside pizza and beer to get through. Main Street Media described an 8,000-square-foot dining room and a 2,000-square-foot patio, and noted that the same owners already ran Nectar Urban Cantina, which opened in Donelson on Sept. 18, 2017. TennFold's own site describes wood-fired pizza and a community gathering place minutes from the Grand Ole Opry.
Hattie Jane's Creamery is at 2418 Lebanon Pike, in the same stretch as TennFold. WKRN's coverage of the Donelson-Hermitage Chamber's Terri Williams Nutter also names Uncle Bud's and Fryce Cream among the neighborhood's food staples.
The sequence runs Nectar in 2017, TennFold in 2020, Red Door in 2025 and Hattie B's in 2027. The two newest sit on the 2700 block of Old Lebanon Pike.
Maminette opens on Graylynn Drive
One new place sits off both blocks. Maminette, a French bistro and café at 104 Graylynn Drive, had its opening set for Monday, Sept. 28. Edible Nashville lists daily hours of 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The menu covers espresso, crepes, omelettes, sandwiches and quiche, plus tarts and madeleines. Every dish is made from scratch with ingredients that are locally sourced or imported from France.
Owners Philippine Maillard and Alexandre Meunier also run The Authentique, the French wine bar and creperie in East Nashville that they opened in late 2022. The menu draws on three handwritten recipe books from Maillard's grandmother, Jacqueline Maillard, known as Maminette. A USA Today Network fall restaurant preview says the team will make almost every item to order.
Maminette closes at 3:30 in the afternoon, so it is a breakfast and lunch stop.
Opryland's season runs on its own rulebook
Gaylord Opryland's 43rd Annual A Country Christmas runs Nov. 6, 2026, through Jan. 2, 2027. This year's ice! attraction features Home Alone across 11 walk-through scenes and more than two million pounds of ice. It is kept at 9 degrees Fahrenheit, and guests get blue parkas. The cirque show POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance plays the Tennessee Ballroom Theater from Nov. 24 through Dec. 31.
The resort has posted rules for who gets onto the property and when. Access after 3 p.m. Central is guaranteed only for overnight guests and ticket holders on certain dates. Anyone else can arrive before 3 p.m. on those dates or visit freely on open days.

Resort access on Fridays and Saturdays from Nov. 20 is tied to a reservation after 3 p.m. The resort notes that further restrictions may apply without notice, so it is worth checking its site before heading over.
The Donelson-Hermitage Chamber of Commerce lists the 41st Annual Donelson Hermitage Christmas Parade on its 2026 event page.
A Friday plan that stays clear of the gate
The Hip Donelson Farmers Market lists Friday evening sessions from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., including Oct. 16. Its calendar has the rest of the fall schedule. Friday, Oct. 16 falls before Country Christmas begins, so the resort's 3 p.m. rule does not apply yet.
A pass down Old Lebanon Pike after the market takes in the library at 2710, Red Door at 2715 and the bank building at 2725, where Hattie B's is still months from opening.
