With more than 20 years of experience leading complex projects, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and overseeing commercial development initiatives, he provides clients with a strategic, analytical approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

As a seasoned investor and business owner, Kris understands real estate from an ownership perspective. Having personally acquired and managed investment properties while also leading commercial site selection, lease negotiations, buildouts, contractor oversight, budgeting, and operational expansion projects, he speaks the language of investors, business owners, and discerning luxury buyers alike. His ability to evaluate opportunities through both a financial and lifestyle lens helps clients make confident, informed decisions.

Prior to joining CHORD Real Estate, Kris built a distinguished career in project and program leadership, serving in executive-level roles with organizations including HCA Healthcare and Parallon. He also founded and scaled multiple retail businesses, leading commercial construction projects from concept through completion. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for disciplined execution, thoughtful planning, and delivering results in high-stakes environments.

Kris holds an MBA, multiple graduate degrees in Information Systems and Technology, and is both a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt. His extensive background in project management, negotiations, financial analysis, and business strategy provides a level of expertise that few real estate professionals can offer.
