Kevin White is the President of Revive Capital Partners and a seasoned real estate investor with more than a decade of hands-on experience across multiple asset classes. He began his investment journey in 2009 with his first single-family rental property in Nashville, Tennessee, laying the foundation for a long-term, disciplined approach to real estate investing.

Since then, Kevin has successfully navigated a wide range of investment strategies, including long-term single-family rentals, ground-up new construction, multifamily apartment projects, short-term rentals, and self-storage facilities. This diverse background enables him to evaluate opportunities with a well-rounded, risk-aware perspective.

Kevin is known for his analytical approach to underwriting and lending decisions, combining real-world operating experience with sound financial judgment. When a project requires specialized insight, he leverages a trusted network of experienced investors, appraisers, lenders, and title attorneys he has cultivated over the years—ensuring each opportunity is assessed with precision and depth.
