About Ashley Luther

Ashley Luther is the COO and Managing Broker of CHORD Real Estate, where she is known for her thoughtful leadership, refined professionalism, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service. With more than a decade and a half of experience in the industry, Ashley has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex real estate decisions with clarity, discretion, and strategic insight. Her approach is grounded in careful listening, attention to detail, and a belief that every client deserves a tailored experience that reflects both their goals and their lifestyle.

Originally from Lansing, Michigan, Ashley attended Michigan State University, graduating with honors and earning dual degrees in Japanese (with a specialization in Asian Studies) and International Studies with a cognate in Geography. She later lived and worked in Japan for four years, becoming fluent in Japanese and developing a deep appreciation for international culture, business, and the relationships that connect them.

Ashley began her real estate career in 2009 and was quickly recognized as Rookie of the Year. In 2010 she received the Award of Excellence from the Sumner County Association of REALTORS®, and she later served as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Sumner County Chapter. Throughout her career, Ashley has remained committed to professional growth and continuing education, believing that a deep understanding of the market and the industry allows her to better advocate for her clients.

Among her professional designations, Ashley is particularly proud of earning the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, which equips her to assist clients navigating international real estate opportunities and cross-border transactions.

Working alongside her partners, Steve Luther and Van Hohe, Ashley plays a central role in shaping the culture and client experience at CHORD Real Estate, a boutique brokerage known for its concierge approach and global perspective.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new cultures, and experiencing the extraordinary food and traditions that come with a global outlook on life.
