Ashley Luther is originally from Lansing, MI where she attended Michigan State University. She graduated with honors with two degrees: one in Japanese with a specialization in Asian Studies and the other in International Studies with a cognate in Geography. Ashley lived and worked in Japan for four years and speaks fluent Japanese.
After moving back to the U.S., Ashley eventually began her career in real estate and earned the 2009 “Rookie of the Year” accolade. In 2010, she received the Award of Excellence from the Sumner County Association of REALTORS®. Ashley was subsequently elected to serve as the 2011 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Sumner County Chapter President. While Ashley is a leader in the field of real estate, she prides herself in always improving herself professionally by being a constant student of the trade looking for ways to better serve her clients; consequently, she holds multiple professional designations, but the designation she is most pleased to highlight is that of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) which equips her to better meet the unique and specialized needs of International clientele.
Joining forces with future husband Steve Luther and former Music Industry executive Van Hohe has proven effective; after several years working together, Ashley led her team to success in 2016 having collectively written over $50 Million in sales! In conjunction with her partners.
Ashley decided she wanted to be a part of starting a new version of real estate brokerage that would provide a “concierge” approach to clientele no matter the price point and do so with an openness to multiple cultures; CHORD Real Estate, LLC features just such an approach and now under the leadership of Ashley as Founder and Managing Broker, CHORD Nashville has developed an international arm uniquely equipped and proudly extended to clientele from around the globe. As one might imagine on a personal note, Ashley and her family enjoy exploring other cultures and tasting the extraordinary foods that come along with having such a grand worldview.
