Smyrna, TN

Located only 12 miles south of Nashville with a population of almost 55,000 residents, Smyrna is home to a portion of Percy Priest Lake, Stones River Battlegrounds and the 3rd largest airport in Tennessee. Smyrna has a long history of aviation that started in World War II at Sewart Air Force Base and continues to this day with their ever-progressing airport offerings including the usual services, flight training, the Great Tennessee Air Show and much more. In 2007 Smyrna was listed as one of the top places to retire in the United States by U.S. News and World Report and is home to Nissan Motors manufacturing plant.
