Hailing from Midwest America Iowa and a family with two Realtors at home, Hal Tetrick brings the work ethic and passion needed to excel in representing clients in today’s often complicated market.  Having lived in the Nashville area for over 20 years, he also brings an understanding of the different neighborhoods and opportunities that comes from being part of a community for so long.

Hal originally came to town like so many others working in the Music Business… in his case primarily in production and road management which led to facilities management and energy advising beyond the world of music.  Hal has been a student of the business of Real Estate as well as related through his immediate family, but there came a time when he was ready to take his experience in commercial facilities management as well as his love of the quintessential American Dream of home ownership to enter into his next step as an advocate for residential and commercial buyers and sellers.

When not found about town with clients, Hal can be found with his loving wife, Jennifer, and any number of his nine grandchildren!
