The building will sit right on Las Palmas avenue, which offers the unique trait of being in the direct sightline of each of the 1.6 million tourists that fly into Medellin every year as TGZ is going to be the first highlight of the city´s skyline once you arrive at the El Poblado Neighborhood.
Comfortable payment plan: 5.000 USD reservation, 20% down payment upon signature of contracts and balance payable in 20 monthly installments of equal value.

Escrow service: The property´s lot is held in escrow by an independent third party as a means of additional protection while capital raise phase takes place.
Title: Each hotel suite and apartment is going to be titled via public deed to investors, contributing to enhance comfort for those who treasure ownership of full property rights.
Personal use or operation: While hotel suites are to be permanently touristically operated, apartment owners are welcomed to opt in or out of the hotel pool operation by simply giving anticipated notice to Gutiérrez Group. While not being operated by GG, apartment owners can give their properties the personal use of their choice.
