Raised in a small farming town in Indiana, Scott learned early the value of hard work and resourcefulness. At age 20, he followed his passion for music to Nashville, where he pursued a career in the industry after attending music school.

Like many creatives chasing a dream, Scott wore many hats—waiting tables, delivering packages, and hustling wherever he could. His persistence paid off when he built a successful music act and carved out a full-time career as a performer and manager. That same drive and entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to real estate, where he found another way to connect with people and help them pursue dreams of their own.

After earning his Tennessee real estate license in the fall of 2023, Scott established himself in the industry and went on to join CHORD Real Estate, a boutique brokerage known for its integrity and innovative marketing. Today, he thrives on working with fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who value authenticity, vision, and a personalized approach to buying or selling a home.
