A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Marlena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Substance Abuse and a minor in Social Work—an academic foundation that fuels her people-first mindset and her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and guide clients through high-stakes moments with calm precision. Known (and self-admitted) as a textbook workaholic, she thrives on creating systems that make complex processes feel effortless.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2015, Marlena has built a reputation for operational excellence. Her experience spans listing coordination, transaction management, and administrative leadership, giving her a holistic understanding of what it takes to support agents and protect clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Today at CHORD, Marlena oversees customer service, transaction management, and office operations, serving as the backbone of the brokerage’s day-to-day execution. Her role is equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and advocate—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every detail is handled with intention.

Outside of work, Marlena values meaningful connection just as deeply, spending her time with family and friends and making the most of every moment—an approach that mirrors the care she brings to her work every day.
