With so many relocating from the Chicago area, it isn’t surprising that Realtor® Katie Prendeville caught the Nashville “bug” on a vacation to Music City and decided with her fiancé that they just had to stay!  

After years working in property management, real estate and human resources outside Chicago and a year in Boston, Katie has found her niche at the boutique brokerage of CHORD Real Estate on the CHORD Nashville Team, and the company couldn’t be more excited.  Not only does Katie bring years of experience in and around the world of real estate, she has significant first-hand experience with one of the brokerage's top endorsers/vendor partners, Dave Ramsey, who has helped countless people revolutionize their approach to finances through becoming debt free.  Katie attributes much of her entrepreneurial success to the foundations she learned from Ramsey’s Financial Peace University which gave her the tools to freedom to ultimately be her own boss and follow her passion helping people with often their greatest investment asset, their home.  

When asked about her motivation to focus on real estate, Katie said: “I love helping people attain their dreams, and real estate is often a key element in that process; it’s what I can do to impact the most for the most, and how wonderful is that?!”  Katie is proficient in residential and commercial real estate with significant experience in the opportunities of owning rental properties. Anyone who meets her will find that Katie is a personal, yet goal-driven advocate for clients at all levels no matter their price-point.  She had over $3 Million in transactions in her first year, and as far as she is concerned, the sky is her only limit.   CHORD Nashville is proud to have Katie as an official member of the team.

When she’s not at CHORD or out showing homes, Katie can be found with her fiancé walking the dogs (“the kids”), planning their wedding and enjoying the various local flavors for which Nashville has most recently become so famous.
