We may need to visit the property before and/or after receiving the offer to ensure we are offering the maximum value for you!

Generally, we can provide 1 or more offers within 72 hours of submitting the online form (assuming the form is filled in accurately and completely). We may, on occasion, need to schedule a time to come view the property to confirm details prior to making an offer. This is done to ensure our investors understand costs and can make the best offer possible for you.
We look at many different factors when making an offer to purchase a property. These factors can include location, condition of the property, cost of needed repairs and comps in the area. Our evaluation will be clearly explained to you, ensuring you understand exactly how we came to the amount we are offering.
We will work with you on your required timeframe. We have closed properties in as little as a few days. You will receive payment at closing. We do have some investors that will also assist with moving expenses and getting established in your new home!
We will do our best to work within your schedule. Some of our investors allow a “sale-leaseback”, which means you sell the property and get the cash, and continue to live in the property and pay rent as a tenant.
