Adele's:

Located in The Gulch area of Nashville, Adele's was voted one of Nashville's 10 BEST.

This “Farm-to-Fork” spot is housed in the old Universal Tire Center and has an industrial yet comfortable vibe, and was actually named after Chef Waxman's late mother, Adele.

The large open space has a warm atmosphere with an open kitchen and large wooden-topped bar with stools and plenty of additional seating for large and/or small parties as well as outdoor spaces.

Adele's Sunday Brunch Buffet is a wonderful experience.  They pride themselves on using locally sourced foods.  You won't find many Brunch Buffets in Nashville… so, this is a special treat if you have a group with different unique dietary needs.

Sunday Brunch offers a large selection of Brooklyn Bagels served with a fun assortment of toppings including flavored cream cheeses, lox and capers; a nice selection of salads, savory and sweet sides, entrees and more round out the delicious menu.  The baked eggs are a nice touch to breakfast as they are served in individual baking dishes.. which of course make it that much more fun.  Brunch also includes a large carving station featuring pork loin, sausages, hams and other proteins.

Be sure to try the JW chicken with salsa verde.  There is a definite California and New York combined vibe to the menu with fresh ingredients, comforting food and vibrant atmosphere.

To complete your meal there is a nice selection of desserts with pastries, brownies, banana pudding and Chocolate Budino with whipped cream!

Brunch cocktails include traditional Mimosas and Bloody Mary's.
